Isinglass Gelatin product from the collagen in the outer layer of the wall of the swim bladder; the best grade is reputed to be made from sturgeon swim bladders, but those from cod, hake, ling and other species also give a good product; used for clarification of wine and beer, and to a lesser extent for edible jelly and adhesive manufacture. 　
魚膠 在泳鰾壁外層中的膠原蛋白產生的凝膠；最好等級據說是利用鱘魚泳鰾做成的，但是來自鱈魚與其他種的泳鰾也是好產品；用來澄清葡萄酒與啤酒，與較少的使用於食用果凍與黏著劑產品。
