pickle cured fish Fish that have been treated with salt in a watertight container so that the fish are cured in the pickle that is formed. To be distinguished from dry salted fish. Synonymous term is wet salted fish.　
醃製加工的魚 將魚置於一個水密的容器中以鹽處理，因此魚將在醃汁中被保存。可與乾的鹽醃魚區分。同義詞為 wet salted fish。
