名詞 定義　
hardness The concentration of calcium and magnesium ions in water expressed as p.p.m. or mg/l of calcium carbonate equivalents. Soft water is 0-60, moderately hard 60-120, hard 120-180 and very hard 180+ p.p.m..　
硬度 表示成 p.p.m 或 mg/l 的在水中的鈣與鎂離子的濃度，或是碳酸鈣的同等物。軟水是0-60，一般硬度60-120，硬水120-180與非常硬水180以上p.p.m。
