coastline Sub-units of shore area; coastline is defined as either undifferentiated, cove, bay, coastal lagoon/lake/pond peninsula, or irregular/discontinuous/islets; consists of linear portion of coast extending about 10 km along marine/terrestrial interface. Note that lengths of contours are of fractal character, i.e., the smaller the ruler the longer the outline. 　
海岸線 子單位的海岸區域；海岸線可被定義為無區別， 小海灣、海灣、海岸的潟湖/湖/池塘半島或不規則的/不連續的/小島；由延伸大約 10 公里的海陸交接帶。
