group-synchronous development At least two cohorts of oocytes can be distinguished in the maturing ovary; a fairly synchronous population of larger oocytes (defined as a "clutch") and a more heterogeneous population of smaller oocytes from which the clutch is recruited. The former are the oocytes to be spawned during the current breeding season, while the latter are the oocytes to be spawned in future breeding seasons. 　
群體同步發育 至少兩群卵母細胞能在成熟卵巢被區別；較大的卵母細胞同步族群(定義為一把)與一個較小的異速卵母細胞的同步族群用來補充前一把。前者是在最近的繁殖季節時將被產出的卵母細胞，而後者是卵母細胞於將來的繁殖季節中產出。
