nape 1) The part of the back that extends from the margin of the skull to the dorsal-fin origin; also, the region of the head above and behind the eyes, 2) the thickest part of a fish fillet.　
後頸部 1) 頭蓋骨邊緣延伸到背鰭起源的背部部份，也是頭部在眼上面與後面的區域；2) 魚排最厚的部份。
