supratemporal canal That portion of the lateral line system that connects the lateral canals of the two sides by crossing the top of the head at the occiput or behind that point; a lateral line canal extending across the occiput of a fish's head, often incomplete.　
上顳骨管 側線系統的一部分，藉由橫越後腦部的頭頂或後端而連接兩側的側線管；一種側線管，延伸越過魚頭部的後腦部，時常是不完全的。
