White fish General term for fishes which have fat concentrated in the liver, not the flesh; lean fish with less than 2% fat in the flesh, e.g. cod. Used in the United Kingdom. Note that whitefish is a widely used common name especially for members of the Salmonidae (Coregoninae). 　
白色魚 給魚的一般稱呼，有集中在肝臟的脂肪而不是肉；肉脂肪含量少於2%的魚，例如鱈魚。被用於英國。白色魚是一個廣泛使用的普遍名稱，尤其對於鮭科(白鮭亞科)的成員。
