trolling 1)Several lures are towed behind the fishing vessel and retrieved as strikes are made. In commercial fisheries a speed of 2-10 knots is used to catch Albacore tuna, bluefin tuna and less frequently yellowtail or kingfish. 2) fishing with a bait that follows the current, often suspended from a float.
