preflexion One of three substages in the larval stage of fishes (the others being flexion and postflexion). The notochord is straight and caudal fin structures are beginning to form on the ventral side of the notochord. 　
前彎曲期 魚類幼魚時期中的三個子階段之一(其它為彎曲期與後彎曲期) 。此時脊索是直的，而且尾鰭的結構開始在脊索的腹側邊上形成。
