名詞 定義　
generation The average age of parents of newborn individuals within the population. Greater than the age at first breeding, except in species that spawn only once. Generation time is calculated as (age of maturity / fishing mortality rate) + 1. Where generation length varies under threat, the more natural, i.e., pre-disturbance, generation length shoud be used. 　
世代 族群裡面新生個體的父母的平均年齡。大於初次繁殖的年齡，除了只有一次產卵的種。世代時間被計算為 (成熟年齡 / 漁獲死亡率) + 1。在威脅下那些世代長度會有變動，更自然也就是擾亂前的，世代長度應該被使用。
