Characteristic HL 7.6-7.7, DGO 11.0-13.9, TR 2.9-3.3 in TL, Vert 139-141. Body Camouflaging yellowish to brownish color, with numerous irregular, dendritic dark brownish bars across the body. Blackish mouth corner; anal fin has whitish margin.
habitats Occurs in crevices in shallow reefs. They can live in the warm water area near Japan. 
Distribution Northwest Pacific: southern Japan and Taiwan.
