Characteristic HL 16.2, DGO 52, TR 3.3 in TL; Vert 210. Body very elongated, and ribbon-like. Uniformly creamy-white body has bright white fin margins. Depth of dorsal fin higher. Anterior third of head has numerous small black dots, black cephalic lateral-line pores and branchial pores.
