名詞 定義 maxillary Lateral part of upper jaw. A dermal bone of the upper jaw which lies posterior to the premaxillary. On the higher fishes the maxillary is excluded from the gape, and the premaxillary bears the teeth. 上頜側面 上頜的側面部份。上頜的一個表皮硬骨，在前頜骨的後面。在較高等的魚，上頜骨不包括口裂，而且前上頜骨有齒。
